Purpose and objectives of the scientific periodical

The aim of the journal is to disseminate new, scientifically grounded, and reliable findings of fundamental and applied research in the fields of food technologies, engineering, and food industry equipment, with a view to fostering the development of Ukraine's scientific potential and integrating Ukrainian science into the global research landscape.

The objectives of the journal are:

•        the dissemination of scholarly findings, including those from doctoral research;

•        the publication of results of fundamental theoretical developments and applied research in the field of food production technology development and improvement;

•        the dissemination of research findings on contemporary advances in progressive technologies, processes, apparatus, and food production equipment;

•        contributing to improvements in food safety and quality, the promotion of adequate nutrition, and sustainable diets;

•        facilitating scientific communication and experience exchange among researchers, educators, and industry representatives.
