Requirements for publication design and submission procedure
Author Guidelines: Manuscript Preparation and Submission Requirements
Article length: 6 to 12 full pages.
Language: Ukrainian or English.
Software: Microsoft Word.
Page format: A5.
Margins: 20 mm on all sides.
Font: Main text – Times New Roman, 10 pt; abstracts, keywords, reference list, and author information – 9 pt.
Line spacing: 1 (single).
Paragraph indent: 1 cm.
Text alignment: Justified.
Mandatory Article Structure
The article must contain the following elements in the order listed:
• UDC index
• Article title
• Author initials and surnames
• Name of the organisation
• Abstract in Ukrainian
• Extended abstract in English
• Keywords in Ukrainian and English
• Problem statement in general terms
• Analysis of recent research and publications
• Research objective
• Materials and methods
• Main body of the article
• Conclusions
• Reference list / References (English-language bibliography)
• Author information in Ukrainian and English
Formatting Instructions
1. Article header: the UDC index, author initials and surnames are placed one paragraph below, in 10 pt font; the organisation name is set on a new line in Times New Roman Cyr, 10 pt, single line spacing, centred. The article title is placed one paragraph below the organisation name, in Times New Roman Cyr, 10 pt, bold, centred.
2. Abstract in Ukrainian: indented 1 cm, Times New Roman Cyr, 9 pt, italic bold, up to 500 characters, single spacing, justified. Abstract in English (extended): formatted to the requirements of international scientometric databases, at least 1,800 characters; must be informative (containing no generic wording), substantive (reflecting the main content and research findings), and structured (following the logic of the article). The mandatory components of the English-language abstract are: introduction; relevance; aim and objectives; research methods; results; conclusions. The extended abstract should use syntactic constructions appropriate to the language of professional documents, standardised terminology, and avoid complex grammatical constructions, little-known terms, and symbols. If the article is written in English, the Ukrainian abstract must be at least 1,800 characters including keywords.
3. Keywords are listed below the abstracts: Times New Roman Cyr, italic, 9 pt.
4. Article text is placed 1 cm below the abstracts, with a 1 cm paragraph indent, Times New Roman Cyr, 10 pt, single spacing, justified.
5. Problem statement in general terms.
6. Analysis of recent research and publications in which the problem has begun to be addressed and on which the author relies; identification of unresolved aspects of the general problem addressed in the article.
7. Materials and methods must be described in sufficient detail to allow replication of the experiment. References must be provided for each method described (references to current articles describing the method).
8. In-text references include the sequential number of the source in the bibliography and the relevant page. They are given in square brackets, separated by semicolons, for example: [3, p. 35; 8, pp. 56–59].
9. Formulae must be typeset using the MS Equation formula editor. Formulae are numbered on the right-hand side.
10. Illustrations, if present in the article, must be placed within the text (items created in MS Word must be grouped into a single non-colour graphic object), centred, with captions (Fig. 1. Diagram of ...) centred, in bold. Illustrations must be sharp and high-contrast.
11. Tables are placed within the text; their width must be 1 cm less than the text column width. Above the table, place its sequential number in italics (Table 1), right-aligned, followed by the table title in bold, centred.
12. Conclusions must present the findings of the study and briefly outline the prospects for further research in this direction. Qualitative and quantitative indicators of the results must be emphasised, their reliability substantiated, and recommendations for their application provided (5–10 lines).
13. Reference list / References (in order of citation in the text), with in-text citations in square brackets. The bibliographic list, formatted in accordance with the requirements of the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302:2015, must include only those sources that are cited. The minimum number of sources for research articles is 10, for review articles – 20 (self-citation – up to 10%). At least 20% of sources must have a DOI index. The REFERENCES section must be formatted in accordance with the APA (American Psychological Association) international standard.
Technical Notes
– automatic hyphenation must be disabled when typesetting (forced hyphens using a dash character are prohibited);
– paragraphs must be marked only with the "Enter" key; do not use spaces or tab stops;
– abbreviations of words and phrases, except for generally accepted ones, are not used.
Sources published in outlets of the aggressor state, including sources created by its research institutions, organisations, or authors, are strictly prohibited in materials submitted for publication.

Manuscripts that do not meet the above formatting requirements or do not correspond to the journal's thematic profile will not be reviewed or accepted for publication.
No more than one article by the same author (or co-author) may be published in a single issue of the journal.
Author Information
After the reference list, author information must be provided in two languages (Ukrainian and English) for each author:
• full surname, first name, and patronymic;
• academic degree;
• academic title;
• place of work or study; position;
• personal email address;
• ORCID ID (mandatory, in the format orcid.org/...).
