У статті розглянуто особливості застосування методів інженерної графіки у процесі проєктування закладів ресторанного господарства. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до створення креслень і графічних моделей, визначено їх роль у підвищенні ефективності проєктних рішень, оптимізації просторового планування та забезпеченні функціональності виробничих і обслуговуючих зон.
